TaraTara Neven is the Co-Founder and Director of neuresource group, a venture that embeds cutting-edge neuroscience research into practical applications for business and the workplace. Tara is an entrepreneur, business strategist, facilitator, learning and development and collective leadership specialist. She has over 15 years experience in corporate learning and development, education, business growth and organisational development. Tara’s primary industry experience has been in the mining and resource sector, construction, local government and medium-to-large organisations.

Tara is an exceptional facilitator and learning designer. She has designed and delivered numerous bespoke developmental programs across the country and uses a collaborative approach to create evidenced-based developmental processes to meet the specific needs of each group and assesses their effectiveness using pre and post evaluation assessments. Tara uses her extensive experience in the bespoke design, customisation, and delivery of a number of neuroscience based programs to assist in the development of building brain friendly leaders, teams an organisations that enhance leadership development, workplace culture, human and organisational performance.

Tara’s key fundamental philosophy is building human capital value in organisations by developing the way we structure our organisations and develop our people to work in the wisdom age which is currently upon us. She has been successful in connecting people and organisations to collaborate to build sustainable and embedded learning for organisational and people skills development. Her studies in Neuroscience Leadership has added capability and experience to her change management strategies and supports her work with organisations to build intelligent enterprises.

Tara has presented as Key Note Speaker and Master of Ceremonies at a number of Australian industry conferences on subjects such as building ‘brain friendly’ organisations, leadership development, and human capital value. Tara sits on a number of boards and committees in varying roles and volunteers for a number of community groups. She also writes a weekly article in the business section across a range of local and state publications and is a regular online blog writer.
