Create Reels that showcase the story of your brand. Put the spotlight on specific products and services. Make people laugh with fun content. There’s so much you can do and with Reels you can also leverage Instagram’s algorithm for better engagement.

The algorithm focuses on good content, so make sure you’re creating memorable Reels and sharing them in your feed with relevant hashtags.

Tap into the trend of social audio apps

Social audio apps like Clubhouse are changing how we interact with each other with live audio rooms, where people can talk to each other about a range of topics. As social audio apps are a rising trend, you should strike while the iron’s hot.

I’d suggest using Twitter Spaces for engaging with your customers because it comes with a lot of benefits. Setting up a Space is free, you can invite your existing followers to rooms, and you can regulate content to avoid any negative impact on your brand.

Focus on video marketing

Another social media engagement tip is to focus on creating great video content wherever possible. Video marketing has many advantages, including driving more conversions, boosting search engine rankings and getting the attention of key decision makers in a business.

When choosing a platform for your videos, TikTok is a wonderful platform for testing out content and engaging with people.
