Lucinda is a Chartered Psychologist with 20 years Corporate experience as a ‘People Professional’. She is considered a thought leader in a range of HR, Management and change related business topics and recently launched her first book “How to be a Change Superhero” which reached bestseller status in two Amazon categories.
Lucinda is the Founder and CEO of SaaS business: Actus Performance and Talent Management Software which was launched as a consultancy called Advance Change Ltd in 2009 with the software coming to market in 2012. The business grew initially through bootstrapping and continues to go from strength to strength in a highly competitive marketplace (despite CV-19). They have more than 80,000 users worldwide and grew ARR at 35% in the last financial year.
Lucinda is an accomplished Speaker, Consultant and Coach and was named Everywoman Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016. She hosts Podcast ‘The HR Uprising which ranked No 1 in the Apple Charts in the week of launch and has achieved more than 50,000 downloads in more than 100 countries.

1. Bootstrapping and growing a successful software business profitably to employ 18 members of staff and be sustainable through the Covid-19 crisis (as primary breadwinner for the whole family throughout)
2. Achieving No 1 status in the Amazon business podcast charts for “The HR Uprising Podcast” in the first few days of launch and remaining there for over a week. Since them building momentum and a loyal following that is supporting HR colleagues to rise up and add value.
